Now make the other 25% appear in a full reset.

So those exploited chars get a fair start now.

Aggle aggle aggle. It's... so... beautiful.

I still want sea, though.

So how many terrain types are there going to be total?
I'm assuming desert, grasland and forest are staying, plus river/ocean/water, the mountain lands, and you said Heath. Anymore in store for us that we can be excited about?

Division of generic "dirt" into steppe, path, mudflat. Division of water into two-or three degrees of water depth, other possible tiles as well -- river inlet, fresh water, spring water, muddy water. Infinite possibilities for the further divisions of forest.

Also, there are no Deserts in H&H, it is kinda a long running misconseption, they're instead mud-flats.

Could you expound on this when you have the time? I only ask because goddamn do I hate the macaroni look, especially when I see the full maps, for the reason that it leaves the game completely devoid of regional flavor.

Will the macaroni "noodles" be bigger? More sanely shaped? Will some areas of land have a different "base" than grass with the other ground tiles serving as the deviation? (i.e. huge forest/clay with bits of grassland and other terrain. I'd love to see a forest/swamp area as big as the lake with clearings of dirt or grass thrown in)

Ah, well, desert is shorter than Mudflat :P
I'd like to see an effect on the moutains with water running down them. Since it did look like snow on the ground, rivers and pools at the base of them should be fairly common.
