Fact is, in this game every single thing you acquire doesn't need any work to maintain. This means that one can build structures that are only limited by how much his village loses authority (aka, unlimited), and that will last forever.

this is the second time a 2011er has requested the return of a shitty broken mechanic that was taken out. see here viewtopic.php?f=5&t=17254

(more than second if you include the old lp system)

Well, linking me to an unrelated proposal doesn't really help.

Besides, there is a real issue with wall sizes atm, that can't be solved by simply increasing their base cost. So I guess it would be nice from you to elaborate on which problems were raised by the old decay system (from what I read, the problem was mainly about how annoying it was to repair a huge amount of buildings, which is why I talked about being able to repair directly from the idol/claim).
