New curio: discovery book

Postby Lumar » Fri Mar 25, 2011 6:15 pm

I was talking to some people in my village and we thought it would be a good idea if they added bookbinding to the game. You could use some parchment. string. bone glue and leather to make a book.

The book would contain recipes that are only unlocked via discovery. There could be different books for different professions. example The Blacksmiths Guide would teach how to make metal items and studying it gives the same lp that you would get if you found all the items.

to craft the book you would need bookbinding and have discovered all the items related to blacksmithing and have BS to 50

How many times did you sir mention things drawn by Jorb but not implemented?
Sometimes I feel that knights of the brush have their own secret community. Much like masons.

already suggested

Jackard wrote:I think instead of changing that, there should be a way to teach recipes to other players using parchment, so recipes become something you could trade or store.
