Studying for recipes

Postby Gaenra » Sun Apr 10, 2011 11:42 am

Lately I have been thinking about the new system, and I realised that there is only one thing that annoy me on this World 5 system: The recipes.

I can understand the concept of it, but it is really annoying, this thing of "You just have the recipes of things that you harvested" , and really bad for the commerce, because you can only sell Iron to someone that already have Iron, Silk to someone that already have silk, and etc...

So I propose something:

You CAN put those items on your study table, it will not give any LP reward (Not even the "First time Bonus" one).
BUT when the studying time is over for that item, you get the recipes for it.

it is fair isn't it?

Then it'd take years before you could build something, combine this system with the current so you can , for example, take a mussel while you haven't harvested one yourself, put it in your mentory, when its done you get the recipes. that way you can get the recipes without having to find all the items yourself first-hand.

unless im a completey retarded dude who plays minecraft<worst game ever> i think that is what the op is trying to say, although the posibility of me being a complete retard is still quite high, though i'd never play mine craft.

Yes, that is what I said.
Putting items that you don't have the recipes yet, because you didn't harvest it, on your study.
