Inadvertent Trespassing

Postby Ferinex » Mon Jun 08, 2009 5:52 am

I am now down to THREE hard HP, due solely to inadvertently trespassing on other people's land. I think that you should have to right click and confirm before your character steps foot on another person's land and loses the HHP. When I travel I frequently click-click-click so I keep walking, and if you come across someone's land, this means your character will walk right onto it. Please fix this, and is there any way I can get my HHP back besides gauze and leeches? There are no leeches nearby our settlement and gauze seems to only bring me up to 10 HHP (not my current+10). And very slowly, at that.
i guess they never miss huh

I made a similar post; every time I get above 10 HHP I end up walking right into someone else's land. I can't go hunting or exploring any more.

Is there any way Jorb could bump my HHP up? Being at 1 HHP is disconcerting... especially when you really don't deserve to be there.

I got trespassing because I heard about the problem with other people claiming territory over your hearth fire. If they do when you get back into the game you are paralyzed, effectively destroying your character. You can't get out in order to relight a hearth fire somewhere else, you can only give up on your character. I figured tresspassing would be the solution to this.

Similarly I thought this would work so that my friends could protect territory that we are sharing and I could enter it. That way when my buddy is away from our camp and not on line I could load his kiln with charcoal and do skut work for him, but at the same time he would be protected against random wanderers taking off with his cast iron.

Will either of these problems be address somehow?

And can I give the tresspassing skill back, please??
