I agree with people saying some items should decrease the time it takes for some things, could be an interesting addition to the game, although I dont think there should be a 'low-level' version (leather, fox hats whatever) for anything, if you cant get metal, you cant get a bonus, no sense in making items buff stuff when you can get them in the first 10 minutes of play.

the buffs are not big or gamebreaking, they just give useless stuff a use, not very effective, but gives a reason to wear it other than it looks cool.

if you cant get metal, you cant get a bonus,

metal is not the world to everyone....

also, fox hats are the best

Also, I read your OP, change hirdsman's cape's UA buff to MC, seems more reasonable. Also, newsboy's cap shouldn't give PSY, neither should leather cloak. Give leather cloak a little higher survival buff than the hide cloak. As for the newsboy's cap, give it a CHA bonus instead. Noobs're cute.

well the hirdsman helmet already does MC, and i gave the cape CHA because its suppose to look tough or intimidating?? to others if it were real, its like when you see a soldier you move out of his way,

as to the leather cloak, i thought about PSY because it reminds me of like a duffel coat or something, or a tan coloured matrix <movie> cloak, i dunno, there is already surv buffs,

also the newsboy cap goes well with the L-cloak so i thought they should have the same buff.though if your notion gets more votes then i will of course change it

Ill add to the OP I think this will be a charming thing, and Chapman's gloves give me an idea, I do not how to make me think after is not important, but the blacksmith's glove, allowing a forged enthusiasts. Poormans gloves would do that to, but a lesser extent
