LP

Postby jacobmalins10 » Thu Apr 21, 2011 3:33 pm

the LP was quite frustraiting at first, but adventively i found it fine...but, if building stuff like a timber house or stone mansion or digging for your mine and you get no LP a time worth of 3-4hours or maybe less of building your own stuff, where is our credit from that, we get no credit but the thing that we made.
i'm not saying if it we're a massive problem and i'm not saying we have to make world 6 but it should give you some credit for building houses and simular things towards that, that take some effort or a thought-night to make.
if nothing changes it won't be a problem its just my idea

yeah i know that, its for simple reason for like storaging stuff, but i recon we should get about 100lp for each timber house you make and maybe 200lp for a mansion since mansions are like hard to make which include a mine

how many houses do you build? Oo

they changed the system so that the reason you build/craft stuff to use it, not to get LP for it, you know

well autally, if you read i said for stuff they take 3-4hours, like a thought-night if you know what i mean...for harder stuff that are built should get lp for only once like everything else in the game

If you mean LP once for the first time you build it, I guess that is fine. It would be a little funky because only the person who laid the very last peace could be considered to have built it. Maybe everyone within sight of a finished object could get 100 lp the first time they saw it? That would be kind of fun, because you have to assume that everyone got excited when a big building was finished in the time peroid of the game (Imagine a barn raising on the US prarie).

If you mean you should get LP every time you build one, I would have to disagree.

The whole basis of the new system is that you are getting LP no matter what you do. Yes, you won't see the +100 go above your head when you finish that stone mansion, but you are 3 or 4 hours closer to finishing that spider, or web.

the purpose of discovery LP is just to get you enough LP to buy a few skills so you can get curios, and you can get plenty of LP for that with the current amount of discoverable items imo.
