Trees falling direction

Would be very nice if tree would fall down to opposite direction from where you chop it down.
Because sometimes there is hill near tree and if you cut it down it will fall over hill and you cannot take that then.
Or that you can use "destroy" to tree.

Why yes, yes this would be nice.
I'd settle for west or east since I'm pretty sure they just don't want to draw more logs and people also don't want to work hard to make them pile up nicely.

I think its easy to turn same log drawing to south and north direction with photoshop without drawing new one. I'm not that good in photoshop so im not sure about it.

I think this is a great idea, four directions would be great but I'd be happy with two.

flip the left and right of the current pic for logs and BAM you've got north/south logs!

One of the benefits of an isometric view.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Another extremely easy solution, just make logs liftable like boats and other objects where you only need to be touching the edge of the object to lift it, not directly in the center.

I don't know if it differs since logs are noclip items, but it should still be pretty easy to do, and would solve 99% of unreachable log cases.
