Weather:
Wind: When the wind blows and the leaves are trembling there are a small chans that seeds are lost when planting.This could be based on the farming value.
Rain: When god is crying the crops will grow. This mean that the crops will grow a bit faster (could be based on the quality on the seeds planted or maybe the quality of the soil)
Hot: No clouds on the sky. This mean that stamina will drain faster (%) based on your strenght if you are working with anything(wearing a waterskin will help).
Cold: Cold as ice. This will make you unhappy if you not wearing any fur or coat and drain your stamina a bit faster.(harder to work in cold weather).Crops will grow a bit slower.
In cold weather u cant travel by water or even fish.
Weather could work like seasons do.One season is based on a certain amount of mooncycles,after that next season will start.Weather will not affect miners working in mines.
Curiosities:
Skull and bones: To be or not to be. When digging the soil there is a very small chans to find a skull with some bones.The amount of LP could be based on your survival value or maybe the quality of the soil.
Another thing that would be nice to add to H&H is ghosts.
Ghosts appear at night on a dead body(skeleton).The ghost work like this: The last word/meaning the player(ghost) was saying in life will appear in your chat when you standing close to it.Your happiness will drain fast.
This is a few things i cant get out of my mind. Maybe this could give J&L some good ideas
