Any speculating of current 'no warp' stuff is pretty damn pointless as so much stuff would have to change, they'd make many changes with it, and unless some fast travel were implemented (pointless cause people will just argue about having kept instant teleportation or none at all)
Stuff is far too spread out and you can waste 30minutes getting to a resource spot IN your SG.
Would it be interesting? Sure.
Would it be fun as a day to day game mechanic or lack thereof? No, probably not.
Then what about HFs? Players easily griefed without HFs, palisaded in places, no option to warp to wilderness or HF to get out.
No village warping? Damn that's balls nasty, that right there removes the ability to even move and share things around a basic village easily.
No charterstones? Oh wow great, invalidate one of the most useful items in the game.
Overall I'm sorry but if you ask for NO teleportation you're playing the game wrong, teleportation is important in just about every aspect of every day gaming. Those of us who are already crazy safe will still be crazy safe, and you won't get to us, the ONLY difference is that we'd have to do a helluva lot more work now. Deforest far way forests and bring it home? NOPE, better replant nearby forests and claim them so you don't get stunted trees! Resource spots outside of your SG? Nope! Enjoy 2+ hours of travel to get there! Trade? Enjoy marketplace and road building tile by tile so people can actually travel somewhere to trade. Enjoy never safe marketplaces unless you endorse 'safe hours' where the gate is open to trade and actually having to have someone sit there to fucking guard the place with a key.
You will, fuck, everything. Stop suggesting this terrible thing, it's terrible.
