'the road' board

I suggest a 'the road' board, specially made for leavers. Right now, they crop up all over the place. Some get locked, which is a shame because Goodbye threads are always good fun.

Even if we have one, they(ragequiters) might just post it anywhere. Besides they belong to hel anyway

I don't think there are enough of those threads popping up to justify a seperate forum. So far I am ok to have the good ones here in the Inn and the shitty ones in Hel.

Don't need any new sections at all, it's all covered bro.
The only thing you could suggest is a 'Petty Crimes' section under Congress for people getting robbed because they did something wrong to QQ about needing a ranger.
