The bicycle

A simple vehicle with a single spot for a liftable
sprint speed on paved ground and running on grass
walk speed on forest while carrying a crate is very good to have

how about it?

Everyone would use them. Might as well just increase the default walk speed.

Ideas need to have pros and cons, be weighed before actually being suggested.

of course everyone would use them, thats what they are made for

obviously you need mechanics, steelworking and some metals to make em, so they're not a starting item.
you need to take care of them like boats (everyone steals em)

Without needing the menu option, I hope. Our client already removed that redundancy from carts, boats and wagons.
