Tinning: as in putting meat into tins for storage. Now, granted, food going bad isn't a mechanic of HnH; but here's how it'd work:
It takes 2 of the same kind of meat, raw or roasted, and one nugget of tin or copper. The result is 'tinned X meat' (tinned beef, tinned rabbit meat, etc).
Mechanically, the quality is capped by survival, and is determined by the sum of the quality ratings of the meat and the tin, divided by 2. Tinned meat also gives +10 hunger when eaten and an FEP boost.
Yeah, I wanna make Spam in HnH. What of it?
