Trough Graphics Suggestion

Have the graphics of the trough change based on how full it is which allows us to look at which troughs need filling upon a glance. This is very useful for those with a large ranch which needs a good amount of troughs and the current graphical difference between a 100% filled trough and a 1% fill trough is non-existant.
If you keep focusing on the shadow behind, you will not see the light in front of you.

Being successful isn't just about hard work and succeeding, it is also about picking yourself up when you fail.

Would it be possible to modify the client to just get this information and change the graphic or would it be something the server code needs to be adjusted for?

Pretty sure it needs to be done serverside.
Why: You don't get that information from the trough until you open it, the server sends no information until you open it's window, so you would get no information until then.

Definitely agree with this. Even if it only showed something like 1-25% full, 26-50%, etc.

I'm not familiar with the client code or the interfaces with the server, thus the question. It potentially could be possible depending on the client/server design, though.

With that said, even I'm inclined to think that it's the later because of the way everything interfaces for interaction. You really can't see what anything is at time wise without interacting with the object. However, the question should be asked because it save a major step if so. (I'll grant coding it in the client could just make it more difficult to execute.)

We don't even need the graphics just the code in place, I'm sure someone can do a nice mockup between the empty and full trough for some changes.

Same would be nice for beehives for 'medium' and 'overflowing' of honey (and a friggin' wax identifier)
