CS and Village idol walljump fix.

I know it's been discussed before, and it's a very old bug, but people are still doing it, and it's very stupid. I can't find a thread about it, and my internet browser dose't allow me to use the search function. My idea is that if a player can choose between logging in at Charter stone, Village Idol, Hearth Fire, or where they logged out. If their HF-less, they can go to CS, V. idol, where they logged out, or in the wilderness. If CS is blocked, they can't go there, and same for V. idol.

i believe this fix was added to CR, but no yo Charter Stone Since it was made for newbie Spawns, and well,no point in raiding someone whit alts that cant even fight, bug abusers will allways find a way around it, either fix the system or dont bother patching every single way of abusing it.

Remove charterstones, no one uses them asides for bug abusing.

I use them, extensively. They also have many valid uses.

Make them spawn inside and walk off, fix all problems and keep their use.

That works too, same for village idols

loftar will argue that he always wants you to have some place to login (probably within the village)

I like the idea, because it does two things:
1)You can totes brickwall someone's idol up so if they DO get in they're still fucked - When taking over a village, it actually means something!!!!!
2)You can't jump, yay \o/
3)They always have somewhere to login, even if it's not safe.

what if it becomes make it a 3x3 object, the center is the actual stone and the outer 8 tiles are the spawn-in points. You can only spawn in on one of those 8 tiles and since they are part of the object you cant block it off, and can only stand on it after you port in.

It still works for a quick fix, you can sprint out of bodies/skeletons.

I prefer just spawning on it though atm. The very low time to decay on bodies->skele is good.
(should just make bodies pass-thru until skeleton)
