Just don't try to make money off of it and you should be ok.

but seems it is not copyrighted at all. so question is removed.
Client Source Code
The source code for the Haven game client is available publically, subject to certain terms. The purpose of this document is to describe the philosophy behind this and what it means to any user of the code (that might be you!) in practice. For the nitty-gritty details of the copyright terms, please see the COPYING file in the client source tree, a copy of which is available online.
[/quote]- lib/haven-res.jar
This file is not actually distributed with this source tree, but
is downloaded from Haven's web server as part of the default
target of the Ant build file. It is the file containing all the
data files with game content. In particular, it is necessary for
actually connecting to our game server and playing, and it also
contains some graphics for "bootstrapping" the client (which
could be replaced if you so wish).
Its contents are owned by us, Fredrik Tolf and Björn
Johannessen, and we reserve all rights to it.
