Toad q

Perhaps it's time to give toads q. Would help with enthroned toad q. Perhaps dependent on the q of the soil or 1/2 of the q of the soil. I know it porbably wont be added and its a small thing but hey. Discuss!

Agree. How about rats, too? And dragonflies and ladybugs? Oh, and while we're at it, silk moths!

Or maybe you could be a toad rancher and raise the Q similar to chickens/silkmoths.

I want rabbit hutches before anything like this.

Perhaps both could be implemented simultaneously, same with rats and pens for said rats. Not sure what you'd need better quality rats for but a friend of mine is in love with the things and has a birch basket full of them.

What if all toads still start out as q10, but you can raise the quality by feeding them earthworms? Something like qFullToad = sqrt(qToad*qEarthworm), softcapped by Psyche. After 8 hours or so the toad gets hungry and can be fed again.

I like to think having toad quality based off of the soil they spawn around is best, otherwise we end up having things where toads are Q100~ (just throwing numbers out.) and it kind of takes away from one of the Enthroned Toad's points, where its a craftable curio with materials that must be foraged.
The same can be said for rabbits in a sense, if you have domesticated rabbits, what's the point calling the Wild Wilderness Wurst what it is?
Rats I think we can care less about.

Toads: Worms and ants
Rabbits: Carrots
Rats: Cheese

That and breeding similar to chicken coops and there is your quality raising system!!

Considering that cheese is much better than rat-on-a-stick, there isn't much incentive to raising the quality of a rat.
