Don't use that wiki, it's outdated and abandoned. Most of the information on there is no longer true.

Use this wiki Olkaml. It is frequently updated and well maintained and does not suffer the ad spam that wikia wikis do.

That happens. The world is huge and not everyone is online all the time.
Its been so long I forget the scale now. It was something like:
1 Local Area : 16 Minimaps
1 Regional Map : 25 Local Areas
1 Grid : 4 Regional Maps
Current World : 25 Grids

The world is liable to expansion as we saw in World 3, where we had 81+ Grids as opposed to the current 25 Grids.
