Village Items & Buildings.

- Because villages are bland.

First of all, we could have a Lawspeaker's Mansion, this would be 12x10, so it's more of a wider house, it has two staircases instead of one, and has a non-removable furniture set called "Lawspeakers Desk", from here he could write annoucements on the Bulletin Board or send mail to personal plots, to access your mail, you could use the plot's stake.
MATERIALS:
100 Blocks of Wood
1000 Stones
15 Bars of ANY metal.
50 Planks
200 Straw.
20 Glass
This could boost the authority limit by 50k, and opens up the new building list, which only a lawspeaker can propose to build:

First comes a Storehouse, there would be wood, stone & metal storehouses, which would have 640 space - but you would need a key, once again, the key is a main use - It cannot be used by Key-Alts, you need "Yeomanry" and it's next skill "Guardian", and the account must be active, otherwise the key will be placed in the lawspeakers mansion, which must be built before this can even start.
Materials:
1 Door (Crafted from 5 planks and 1 nugget of metal, this will be used for countless recipes in this)
150 Planks
300 Blocks of Wood.

Now here goes the BIGGEST highlight - The Feasting Hall.

this would make the hunger modifer improve by 100% - so double the thing.
Bonfires increase to 150%.
Requirements - Not sure.

GUARDIAN - Can use special keys for buildings - 25000LP
W3 - Apolion, Terricieil (old & new), Westedge & Saltmummys other place.
W4 - Quahog
W5 - Yggdrasil (now gone) - New Yggdrasil.

Interesting idea, especially with the mail feature.

How do you define active? If it's just logged time, this becomes a job for the occasionally logged in key-alt who gets fed a few curios. And what happens if the lawspeaker's mansion has been destroyed when the key is supposed to be teleported back there because the key-bearer is inactive?

There will be a chest infront of the idol for mail & inactive keys.
I think if the Lawspeaker's mansion is destroyed, it should take the idol being destroyed, so the case of that is closed.

certainly one of the better ideas that we see. feasting hall is a great idea, but maybe lower the bonuses to maybe 25 and 33% respectively?

I like the laswpeaker's desk idea, but instead of a bulletin board, how about upon logging in it enter's in village chat. Sort of like /topic in IRC. Storehouse, don't really like.

I never thought of using the claim stake like a mailbox before... I like that idea.
