Found a strange, seemingly buggy item

While on patrol in a large pasture today, I came across an animated egg. It appears to be either dancing or hatching. It's sort of light tan with brown spots, and the tooltip for it is "En liq<?> id<?>, quality 10" Right clicking on it yields no options. I was hoping for food, but I don't know what to do with it now. Is this an incorrectly named item of some value, or a bug which should be disposed of?

Cow egg, doesn't does anything.
You see a masterful engraving by Blaze. On it is Blaze, bears, boars, and foxes. Blaze is striking down the bears. The boars are screaming. The foxes are in a fetal position. The image relates to the return of Blaze in the late winter of 2009.

It's actually name translated to english is "A bad idea" (en jôlig idé?).

It's used for testing purposes, now if only loftar would add this to chickens...

Yeah I have almost a whole wicker basket of these things. You can find them around groups of spawned animals on the grasslands... not sure if they are exclusive to cows or not. The first one I found was before the whole bugged coal incident and it was quality 10000 lol. It went to 10 when they did one of the quality updates.
