Social Policies for Villages

I like the general idea but all of the specifics are broken. Why not something so where Village Policies are the same as Personal Beliefs, and perhaps are set by the Lawspeaker, or they change depending on the personal beliefs of all Hearthlings oathed to the village?

Then for perks/penalties, perhaps you can do things like if a member has different beliefs than the rest of the village, they can be exiled at less authority cost; or you generate more authority for your LP gain if you're closer to the village "ideals"?

But there are so many other things that Villages need right now (kin lists, alliances, etc.), that I think such an aspect attached to villages as they are would be a waste.
Hearthlings: Marona; Chamberlain (retainer alt), Vincavec (shaman of the Dryad Wells Forest)

no matter how many ways I count this I can't get 3...sure you didn't mean 5?

Although his examples are terrible I do like the general concept of the idea, though like Anna has pointed out, there are other, more important, things that villagers need before this.

Let us reflect upon the good he was able to do during his short time in the hearthlands.
Let us remind ourselves of his bravery and willingness to fight for the safety of his friends!
Let us hope he can surpass his previous achievements in his future lives.
