Stuck with an unusable claim.

I used to live on the other side of the river. Then I died. Reincarnated, I still have the same plot, just without the Constitution to reach it. How screwed am I? It's on the west bank of the river just a bit northwest of the RoB, near the hearth. As far as I can tell within the original map, there is no way to circumvent the river. What do I do besides grind Constitution for x weeks with no claim?

it would be really nice if reincarnated characters spawned at the claim of the character they inherit from. but, alas, that is not the case, and you're screwed.
