Selecting chef's hat to craft does not display a recipe, making it uncraftable.

There's a chance that a new character will start with it. You could make a few extra alts until you get one.

Actually, we removed it and the straw hat from the character creation room. :)

The recipe has been fixed now, and will work by the next time I restart the server.
