Claim can't be expanded?

I just decalimed my land before and moved my claim to a new location, however it won't let me extend the claim.
When I press the buy button on the menu nothing happens, and I'm pretty sure I have more than enough LP to extend to atleast a 100x100 claim.

Its pretty clear I should be able to expand that, but yet I can't.

Are there other claims nearby? It won't let you extend within 5 tiles of another claim.
You see a masterful engraving by Blaze. On it is Blaze, bears, boars, and foxes. Blaze is striking down the bears. The boars are screaming. The foxes are in a fetal position. The image relates to the return of Blaze in the late winter of 2009.

No other claims, the new claim is in fact on another grid, not near anyone else.
