finally, just read the entire thread.

how is it that you and onion can read a thread and make such vast assumptions based on statements of people who have no real power over what occurs? neither jorb nor loftar said that development would stop in that thread.

is it a moderator thing in general? jackard doesn't seem to have the problem.

But they're not making it based on things people have said besides JLo. It's based on the fact that there have been minimal updates in the last year or so; very likely significantly longer.

That said I don't count the came as defunct but many people do and will continue to consider it as dying until constant updating picks up again.

sabinati said the post was his basis for his argument.

Keep in mind that they said this nearly a year ago and even before that updates had become sparse to none at all. There are reasons why people are in the unhappy state that they are. That said, I trust that the devs are doing what they can to update Haven and will continue to do so as soon as free time comes onto their plate again.

i had another idea... it only works if the server contains event logs for every character.(not hard to do)

the logs could be scanned for emerging patterns, then trip if it occurs too often.

and to your most recent comment i hope your right.

Absolutely nothing. Development on Haven has continued, continues and will continue as per usual, although with the less than weekly updates that you have witnessed for the past four months or so. As soon as Salem is released, we intend to bring the development of Haven back up to normal speed.

This is not quite true. There have been only a couple updates since Salem was announced, so the perception is that development has effectively stopped. This does not mean that H&H is a dead project, but we will probably not see any meaningful updates for it until some time after Salem is released.

Could you explain what these things would do?
