To convert back to res files you should be able to just click on TheTrav's Tool and instead of extract click encode and in the "res" folder they should be encoded. The names should be similar.

Check .cache under .haven, extract it and you'll find all the more new graphics added to the game.

You can still see the red merch in the slot by the side, and the coloring is just horrendous.
