Incorrect info. I passed a 10 tile river on a 10 con alt in W5 (with no flask) at 100% stamina reaching the other side with 10% left.

Also how many warning messages do you need that swimming is lethal? I mean really.

Pretty sure you can go 8 tiles with 10 CON, last tested W6.

I think it breaks down to swimming being pretty darn safe. I do apologize for my information being incorrect though.
