You want to make survival harsher, after complaining about how hard it is to survive in this game? The irony.

Not that I object to the warmth idea or anything.

This is fake difficulty. Inconvenience doesn't make the game any harder, it just makes it worse when you needlessly to go out of your way.

It seems to promote afking in "warm" places or dissuading from going out and doing anything.

I must say I'm glad you took my advice for making this more appealing, but this concept you want to add in really doesn't add to gameplay, it rather takes away from it. It more limits your current capabilities than extends it.

Warmth dosen't have to be just for tedious survival scenarios and the op clearly dosen't propose much of what it would exactly offer upon my last review...

Then again, the OP dosen't propose much anyone else could have thought of and this has been discussed many times before.

I said more then enough about this Warmth suggestion. Just like someone has said to me before on these forums, one must not explain why they hate my idea. Yet, I must might write you a paragraph to explain a simple concept? There is a time in this world that we must use common sense. Beside wise one, search for Warmth and see who's thread is on the list and what thread doesn't exist.

Anyway, after some thinking, I've realized warmth probably shouldn't belong in this game. It just doesn't offer anything new, nor a different gameplay besides another frustration. Maybe one day it could have a purpose, but currently, it doesn't. If crops can withstand these temperatures, than so can a human.

Try "seasons" or "weather". There's a very large population of non-native English speaking players, too, so simple searches aren't going to cut it. Plus, the built in search engine with phpBB (the software this forum uses) is worse than the earliest versions of search software available on the web. Go to Google and use the advanced search features.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Seasons and weather was touched upon, but it wasn't the main purpose of this thread.

Yes, but the effects of weather and the seasons, temperature changes, were well discussed in those threads.
