A hearth secret version of a cross road.

Trade posts could build there bartering stands, and post there crossroad secret on forums so people can tp to it.

Alright I understand what your trying to achieve but it will not work well that way. A HS is a place to spawn or add someone to your list. If you want a trade post do it was done in the Peaceful SG. Create your village with secure areas for booths build your crossroad and allow people to take signs to get there. Even then you had better have plenty of security or you will get raided or worse. It's not a perfect system but it is the best we have right now.
