Dye suggestion

Dyeing silk stuff Merch robes, Ranger gear basically any other gear (except metal ) that can be dyed. Dyes will be made from natural ingredients . Only basic colors red, green, yellow etc. Dyeing of leather and silk. It is probably useless but it would be awesome to be able to customize your equipment. Black ,red, green, and blue (mixing of colors would be awesome too). I might make pictures with different color equipment just as a visual example of what i mean.

I support this notion, it'd be cool to have "gang colours" that others could see

It would also mean that you can be wearing a merch cloak/rangers cape without your enemys knowing you have it.

I aprove of this and probably wouldn't be very hard to implement on the game.

Just to develop the Idea, the dye could be applied in something similar to the actual Tanning Tubs were you would put a dye of the chosen colour and water with the chosen cloth and after some hours the item would be ready.

What would we use for the dye bases? Dandelions for yellow, poppies (or blood :O) for red, inkweed or blueberries for blue? Or would you propose new foragables and such to accommodate the creation of dyes?

Does it matter THAT much?

Yes? If you're going to implement something it should actually you know, make sense? Would you rather the dye randomly appear out of a tamed pig's asshole?

Think the point is 'do we really need to come up with these kinds of specifics now?' Maybe if devs do decide to implement it and need some community input, we can come up with a list of traditional dyes and colors that would be found.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.
