Under One Banner

An idea I'd like to see implimented would be to have villages united under one banner to form a mini-nation. Requiring the consent of the Lawspeakers and Chieftans from both villages, and cost something to the effect of 70,000-100,000 LP, split between all the signatories. (To keep people from simply killing the LS and then saying taking over the place) the people would have unique villages, but have a coordinated chat and the ability to do things on the other villages property, such as farming without having to be in party with a village member or using Criminal Acts. It could add a whole new depth to the politik that goes on in game.

This has been suggested multiple times in the past. Most notably under the name of 'kingdoms.'
