Buff the clay pots

Postby Federico » Wed Jun 13, 2012 2:09 am

Since no one has a real motivation to use pots (Urns take the same space and have more slots) I was thinking of changing them to small containers that can carry liquids. Their capacity shouldn't be nearly as good as a barrel's but they could be used to store wine without having it turning into vinegar, they would also be a very good option for beginners.

The storage should vary between 30L-50L and this would make more players consider making them.

that's all

I support this idea- I think it would add some delightful variety to water storage, as well as, wait nope, thats about it ;) .

Would be great as a minor change implemented in W7.

Yup, this is a good idea.

Alternatively wine racks could hold more than 9 bottles

No item should be useless, unless it's supposed to be rubbish like "A mess...". +1 from me.

Pots are very useful early on. Like many things you move on as you get more resources but they are are far from useless. As for liquids we already have a bucket and a barrel. Is there any need for something in between those volumes?

I like the idea of having something in between 10 and 100 liters capacity, and it would be better if it can go by itself on the ground, as it is now, and also into a cupboard and inside inventory.
It sure make it much easier to store and trade liquids.

Yes, small barrels that can be held, but also don't dissapear when the map is unloaded. They could be 7x4 or something.

Useless idea... You can store 40l of wine in a straw basket.
