Region Based Servers

Postby MadCrayolaz » Tue Jul 10, 2012 4:31 pm

Due to living in America, the game lags more than enough to make me stop playing. I haven't played the game long, but I know that lag is a problem for me and my friends who live here. After realizing that the game is hosted in Sweden, I understood why it lagged for me and my friends here on the US East coast. I can't begin to imagine the lag people would get on the West coast. My suggestion/critique/idea/whatever you want to call it, would be allowing approved, trusted people who own server computers to be allowed to host a server for the area in which they live, such as the US East Coast. It would cut down on lag, as well as broaden the community.

I don't know about you guys, but I get stoked and amped when I'm anglin' into the lag waves in my baggies, bro.

S'like a total drag when a gnarly honker hits and you wipe out, bro. Total bummer. But you hang ten and soon you'll be rippin' again dude.

Just shred those lag pounders and be radical brah. Boss.

I don't have any lag.

All that happens is my client slows down and waits for the server to catch up
