Unmappable region

So I've been doing a lot of mapping recently. I found 2 minimap regions that I couldn't map. I tried to map one 5 times (moving around and making 100% sure i was in the region) and the other twice. I figured maybe my character just wasn't able to map cause of graphical bugs or something, but I walked a few minimaps away and kept on mapping.

Now as much as I would love to make a fortress of doom in this area, a land so evil it defies the light of cartography, I don't have the ability to summon demons or the macabre interior decorating skills necessary for that.

I don't have coords. It's in the supergrid NE of the main grid. If this is something worth investigating I'd be happy to try and describe it better. Or walk there and leave a beacon or whatever.

P.S. Huge thankyou to J&L for map making!! Seems like something not many people use, but it's awesome and I've found it very useful.
