I have carrot cakes and chantrelles of different qualities, do you have a certain ratio and/or quality type measurement that you could tell me (like how many x food i need for y piece of metal)

Totally depends on the quality.
If your carrot cakes are q10 id need three times the amount of them to get the same FEP as q 90 carrot cakes would give, it would also cost me three times the effort to eat all of those.
Then again i need to sacrifice my good trees to get decent cast quality, but i can take wildlife trees to get crap cast for repairing etc.

The quality of chantrelles doesnt matter though.
