Mmk, so I was given an anonymous tip by someone who claimed the Diagram of the Hearthlands spreadsheet was bullshit. This goes without saying, due to the fact that such little information is available on these topics. I'm glad someone like this anonymous tipper could share this information with me.

What I'm going to share is information that is not compromising, and therefore does not need to verified ahead of time. I will be contacting the relevant people to confirm the other points of information, at which point, they can decide if they want to confirm or deny it.

If confirmed, I'll incorporate the information. If denied I may post that they denied to the claim with the claim included.

Then again, some of the stuff was stated already, I just have not bothered amending the information until I got more details.

Mmk, so 42 lives in SG F2, is that the largest village of the area? Largest also tends to side with most active.

I'm inclined to call the grid Recondite Chiefdom on account of 42 being the answer to the mysterious and ultimate question of Life, The Universe, and Everything.

Anyways, please get back to me on that.

Mmk, so on account of getting rid of some white tiles on the map I've added these following villages. Some areas I list, for the obvious reason of the map not being updated at the time of this post, will not have the village Idol Icon and are sometimes are in areas of white.

These are the recently added villages.

Tomato Farm
Gold Iza
Falkret
Redlight District
Redlight District Bazaar
Widowmakrs
Onion's Brotherhood
MOUNT fdsasdfafs
Verde Oaza
New Tristram
Asgard
Omsk
Edge
The Sanctuary
Fort Knox
The Ruins of Breslau
Troll's Lair
Delta-9
Dandelion Pie
UltimaThule
Nyymilaakso
Mighty Sirup
The Ruins of Time Paradox

I just hope that in time, players here can shake away a few of the shackles that prevent them from experiencing this game with the potential that greater knowledge provides.

When you post Coords of villages that you came across your travels but that never had been posted about i wouldn't consider it "public information" ...

As always it shouldn't be opt out but opt in...

and the greater knowledge is missing your own Coords and village name ;)

Personally, I'm nomadic mapping when I'm in-game. The place that could be considered my residence at this current time is Brodgar. I live on the East side in the furthest brickwalled plot.

One of the first pieces of information I put on this thread was that of my original settlements. I had built the places up with some good friends, though after they left the game for one reason or another, the places fell into disrepair as I could no longer put in the amount of time needed for upkeep, which is one of the reasons I moved to Brodgar.

Those places are The Ruins of Steelhands' Stonehold and the Steelhands' Cairn Keep within the Grey City Mandate.

You'll notice, I don't go out of my way in determining who lives where unless they've made themselves into a public entity, where I then give them the region and customize their region by name, and for that even, I'm not listing individuals, so much so as listing representatives of groups.

It's the actual personal information that I consider private and something I won't be prying into.

You can guarantee that if I come across a village in my travels, I'm going to list it here. By creating a village, by typing in a name and claiming land for a group of people beyond yourself, you've opted in and made such information public. To make it not public, petition Jorbtar to not show Village names when entering a village claim. That would mean people who live there must divulge the name for me to acquire it.

Suggest your data is also put up as some data list (Table, DataBase)(data-file, spreadsheet, etc). For easy code processing of the data of course.

So the lone hermit who erects a village idol for safer movement in and out of their claim is now a public entity? Unless your going to verify who is or is not more than one person all you are doing is creating a list for raiders to go inspect and raid.
