Yeah it's been suggested a billion times before, but one problem I have with this anyway, is that arrow quality is so fucked up with how much it affects the aim bar rate, that this would be more annoying than good. Also armor is the only protection against the bullshit aspect of sniping in this game (since ranged combat seems like an incomplete placeholder mechanic that doesn't correlate that well with other combat aspects), I think having a way to make ranged combat more deadly in PvP is a bad idea (unless it was made so a KO'd hearthling can't be targeted by ranged weapons or walls affect aim/damage rates).
