okay, so here is what happened, I was walking around and after awhile I found a boar, I maneuvered around the boar and the internet just failed.

My internet is perfect and on and the home screen says it's up but...

The main screen says "Could not locate server" when I logged on again.

I have no clue what happened.

Now it says connection refused: connection

What do you mean by that? (What do the abbreviations stand for)

dl - downloading
Quality of Service - some data gets priority over others in transportation
for example if you use a downloader tool and set it's transfer rate to unrestricted
