You're right, I just registered an account on there to give it a try and the first click says something about "authenticating your account" then when you go back and vote again it tells you "Your vote has been successfully cast!"

Yeah, more than a bug is a bad planning of the site.

And.. what do you think about this?
"-Nintendo may have a serious issue with you putting snorlax in your game. The nod to mario with the ghosts and how they will/won't follow you with your back turned is a nice reference but as far as snorlax goes you put snorlax in the game (just 3/4 of it); I'm pretty sure that would still violate copyright/trademarks."

I don't think you have anything to worry about. Flameturtle put it nicely, I am pretty sure Nintendo has much bigger priorities than checking out some game design competitions for pokemon feet. It seems to be a minor part of your game and honestly it would likely fall under fair use laws anyways as a parody.

Actually I say Nintendo but I have no idea who really owns the rights to Pokemon.
