Try zig zaging and then running in to use chop which will instantly break a piece of armor.
I'd like to point out I'm against arrow spam with the aim bar low.
Also, arrows will be useless endgame unless some sort of armor piercing exists. You got killed in full metal armor? You are bad.
Stop.Whining.Stop.Being.Bad.

If you press a combat card skill and just let your character auto walk to your opponent who has a bow, you can't blame the game. Sorry.

Quite a while back I was sparring with someone, circling around him while trying to poke him. It took him 1 arrow when I was at melee range to drop me. Yes, I actually did try to fake his shots out.

Archery was a figurative machine gun in the middle ages.

Haven't tested it post-patch, they nerf bows enough to be able to fight bowmen now without insta-death?

To be fair I didn't use the click portrait no aim archery style, if it was that bad then fine.
Now what does an archer do? Aim at a line of sight and *hope* the melee crosses it? good game.

And archery in hunting is even more of a joke now. Fix the god damn aiming already.

I will be incredibly sad if you can't afford marksmanship.

I don't really have any complaints about farming, but I don't think quality sorting ever was the main problem - with custom clients all you had to do was press a button and flick your mousewheel, and it was done, for the most part.

The primary annoyance of farming was the insane click fest, and unless I'm missing something -that's still in, just as it was before.
You need to right click/harvest each individual crop, as opposed to selecting an area to be harvested.
You need to plant each individual crop by clicking a distinct tiles empty tile (which is at times harder than it sounds when the crops are displayed mostly in adjacent tiles due to the random placement).

From a balancing perspective though it could be argued that it acts as counter weight to the extreme usefulness of farming, compared to most other professions.

Shift right click the crop/seeds to get new cursor, then select an area to harvest/plant.

Amazing update. Especially the paving fix and automating the bond transfer.
