We raided Whoreshore using the same mechanic as they used against other village to steal man's waifu, Rin. Three characters were killed and phat loots were taken, including Rin.
Alive muggles, that weren't outlawed during the raid, seem to be moving now. Their neighbours are free to loot the leftovers of the place.

I understand it might be quite hard for muggles to understand what Wizards are saying sometimes, considering our worlds are completely different, so I wanted to clear the situation up a bit. May the Force be with you.
