Its a dumb reason to kill someone, but if someone doesn't kin me i find it really disrespectful.

They have you memorized, don't trust you,
and their intentions towards you are not
clear. They could be an alt from a group
that is not a fan of you. Really no reason
not to kill them.

Why are you assuming that they memorized you as well?

The memorize button here is rather easy to
hit, and most people don't really want their
neighbors. If someone is a neighbor of yours
and then they start acting all shadey... it can
be assumed that they will memorize you as
well and try to use this information to their
advantage. To keep track of you. Otherwise
they just refuse to hit the memorize button -
that doesn't even move your character to show
you've done it - and instantly they have denied
themselves information without any form of
reasoning.
