Updated the OP-post.
Current Policies:
- Anyone living within the realm can seek our help and protection. Except for certain personas. We don't control the killing outside of the realm borders. So, be careful.
- People living within the realm have to ask for permissions to raid anyone else within the realm. In case of violations, the rule-breaking village will be purged.
- Accidental kills and deaths happen, we'll consider each case and will offer appropriate compensation if a person was killed by the faction members. Faction =/= kingdom members.
Wars against next groups: Great Houses, Amish Paradise, AD
Trade embargos (trader kills, attacks to the community market): Amish Paradise, AD
Allied Kingdoms (help in wars): Fire&Ice
Friendly to the following kingdoms (non-attack pact): Outer Heaven, Northern Lights
Negotiating or disputing with the following kingdoms: Ivory Kingdom

Dis want to control all village on their realm claim, its understandably. But I have a question - Dis asked a permissions from the neutral village without Realm before cover they DIS Realm Claim? Or people which covered by Dis Realm must play by the Dis rules or take their stuff and get away?
