Any nice folk willing to part with info on nodes in the NW?

I'm looking for decentish water/clay (q40+) in the NorthWest region of the World Map. Anyone nice enough to part with some info? I can trade for what I know in the region if that floats your boat too

These are not resources that are difficult to find. No one is going to fight over these lol

World not as populated either, its not that high of a risk.
