URGENT! - Items vanishing when picked-up off the ground

Heya, I'm gonna keep it short, sweet & simple, for everyone's sake.

Essentially, some items I have right-clicked to pick up off the ground ended up vanishing upon the right-click.
It was within my personal claim, yes.

I dropped 2 bindles for less than a minute in order to fill my cauldron with water via buckets & upon right-clicking both bindles to pick them up off the ground, they vanished, one after the other.

My only other & first experience with this involved a bow instead, with the same steps re-traced. I dropped the bow for a second, within my personal claim, upon right-click to pick it up, it vanished.
I think it ended up some how re-appearing inside my cupboard later, but am uncertain of this as I could of had already a bow there, but I'm pretty sure I didn't...

Same with the bindles, I dropped the bow outside my house, within claim & walls, it then vanished after I tried to pick it up & possibly seems to have ended up re-appearing inside my cupboards, inside the house.

The bindles have still yet to appear like the bow. I hope this is enough information.
