I think that there should be some other way to ask questions than the stream chat. Perhaps a thread on forum that you discuss in the stream. Because otherwise the chat is full of people just copypasting the same question until they get an answer to it, happened in many previous streams and is a bit silly. Chat should be saved for something else rather, reactions and comments about the discussion etc.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the stream format and it definitely shouldn't be altered.
The streams are suppose to be fun, asking questions when topics arise and when feedback is asked for is fun.
If people have important questions they need to ask the devs they can DM them and get a reply literally any day, any time.

As I am sure you are well aware here is absolutely nothing stopping users from spamming the forums in an incredibly similar manner.
If you are bothered by people asking the same question more than once or the way that they use the twitch chat there is an ignore feature that will definitely solve all of your problems, you wont have to see any silly posting.
