In the grand scheme of things would you guys consider 78 quality soil to be useful?
Or does someone need their soil in the 100s before they'd consider purchasing it?


I'm really unsure how the soil market is doing.




On the same topic, at what point does clay/water become invaluable?

I have yet to hear of soil, water, or clay getting past the 80s. q78 is valuable AFAICT.
