Mostly agree, but have a little doubts in certain parts
1. F* the salt, agree. Change 300/200% bonus to 150/125% - arguable. For one, the main idea here was to prevent infinite or, better to say excessive cooking, but practically what you say (300% -> 150%) means we already need to cook double of what we did for years and what we are used to give fep per piece will now only give half of that. Personally I'm not signing on it. So
maybe MAYBE
maybe if we do anything with 300%, eiher remove it or turn into smaller % lets do it just
nominally? For example we remove 300%, and call it 100%, or forget about it's existance at all, but now piece of any food will show x3 fep of what it was giving, so we will feel fep same way as we always were before when ravenous. Or we switch 300% into 150%, but just nominally and food will show x2. Anyways making gap between stages of hunger smaller sounds too depending on if next parts of topic will be implemented. But was put first for some reason. I think that measure of how hard of a penalty on overeating will this tool apply is only up to devs and will show their opinion how much do they want people to not eat over some constant amount, it is up to them. If it is huge 100% gap, it is saying: "Man, eating more is
useless, you will only drain your stock, don't be dumb and better stop (unless you are a botter who doesn't care about amounts of food produced since extra hundred of pieces didn't take any real extra efforts)", or 25% gap which is saying: "Ok, you ate amount which erased your ravenous, eating/cooking more will be less effective bro but yo can keep going if you want". Don't you get the feeling that making the gap between stages smaller rather encourages to eat/cook over top?
2. This is an interesting idea! The way I read it is if our respected devs will discuss with us their little folks amount of stats, gaining which within one feasting may be concidered as fine /legal /optimal w-e. Say, we come up with 20 stats as such and everything above gets penalty. Therefore each +1 fep will give 5% hunger, +2 fep will give 10% (btw funny but good side effect may be that +2 fep foods will stop being the only choice and "meta" recipes compared to +1; and in case if we want +2 fep foods to remain op we will make them giving 5-9%). And this stats gaining picture as it is will be effectively limited by hunger (the severety of what it is: -100% or -25% is up to devs). But wait.. 5% hunger from fep, 5-9% hunger for 2fep.. Doesn't it sound somewhat familiar? Reminds the actual system, but more balanced and less micro variative in %

So basically this part is good bcs it suggests to take the hunger tag from food items and reattach it to the stats gain. But then goes more, author wants to also relate it with the type of stats gained, so this part again depends on implementing of part#4, but for some reason is the second in order, smh
3. May be.. This is probably the panacea for the forum whiners who always think they are deprived and disadvantaged. But idk how will the world leaders feel about it
4. Making each stat having it's own hunger bar. Fairly good idea, which in theory lessens the need in separate alts. Not entirely though because of LP. So combat character can eat crafters food and gain their fep with no problem. My problem with it is that i think that removing hunger and leaving the overeating on satiations' trial would work here better and neater. Better because same purpose is getting achieved by simplyfying the system and removing hella bunch of unnecessary modifiers. So it is way more user friendly. Neater because this post did not cover important problem in nutrition such as energy food, because heavy labour which drains stamina also forces us to create alts to not fail our main characters stats. Hunger for each stat can create an artificial situation of when players will have to pick their energy food thoroughfully, so it is not fepping stats which you want to rise, probably even creating and supporting artificial full satiation for this food.
And again it throws you back into part 2 and then 1, if it will be such a complex good system where people surgically gain only stats which they want, energy food or random psy procks don't waste their good hunger etc... Are you still sure there must be softening of hunger gaps 300/200% into 150/125%? Because I honestly feel that encourages to cook more, especially since all the wasted food which gave you random PSY didnt add to your hunger, you can cook and stuff yourself with more.
5. Perfect idea, better than full pepper nerf as it is now and better than noob deaths
