Properly discrediting someone is not easy and the evidence posted is pretty damning here.

Seem pretty easy to me, considering you already seem to have made up your mind on this.

Why the hell would you ban someone (especially a frequent contributor) over that?

Or did I because he did not take note of my warning.
And might it also not be related to others that came before him that seemed to do the same thing on purpose.
And might it also not be because there was a small group that was clearly dead set on trying to pester RoB's admin.

Little MW-ban detail:
There is a full (anti spammer) ban. Which blocks editing everywhere.
And there is the ban that limit a user to only edit/talk on his personal pages.
Needles to say that in this case it was the latter.
(I guess a minor, and probably insignificant difference to most.)

If you have a sufficient frequent contribution rate your exempt from certain common sense MW practices.
Would that not be discriminatory to those that have a lesser frequent contribution rate ?

Wikipedia just has a bot that adds that info when people don't ~~~~ themselves.

Its even easier than that. There is signature-button (on talk pages) you can press to add your signature. Super simple and easy, but apparently not so for some.

Perhaps a shorter list of only "PartyLikeIt's1999" used Talk-pages would have been more useful.

As long as sections are properly used when multiple 'threads' occur on the same page it's not much of a problem, really. In practice 'threads' on talk pages die very quickly after starting, so timestamps aren't that much of an issue.
