lol is 100/2.3 higher or lower than 6.

There have been times in the last 2 years where ~20+ PVPers were actively playing legacy and exactly 0 PVPers were actively playing hafen. There are currently 0 PVPers actively playing hafen.

I'm not even advocating this, but it's silly to think Legacy wouldn't be genuine competition for hafen if it were free and supported enough only to deal with major bugs and or occasional world resets.

In my completely objective factually accurate opinion world 7 is better than world 8/9/13. Not even close.

6 people who paid a 2 month sub once, compared to 2/100 paying monthly? Not to mention that 2% is going to have whales, that are paying an unreasonable amount of money to buy junk from factions. Devs have also mentioned that a good chunk of the income comes from the first couple months of world restarts where a pretty chunky number of players are paying for subs.

You can't really compare those stats flat out.

what a weird way to ask if 2.3 percent of 100 is higher or lower than 6, lmao

I know it's off topic, idgaf, there are no mods anyway

anyway reset the world, gold subs ran out jorb

I-I'm saying if 2.3% is accurate to the situation you can extrapolate legacy would have a higher population than hafen if it were free also free... Not that legacy is generating more revenue.

1. Go to %APPDATA%\Haven Launcher\cache\http\legacy.havenandhearth.com\java
2. Open haven.hl file (not .haven.hl.info)
3. Edit property haven.resurl from https to http and save
4. Done. You can now launch legacy client.

It circumvents the problem by not using a secure connection.
That works fine, but the real fix would be for loftar to make the certificate valid for legacy.havenandhearth.com.

Which could very well cost upwards of 100$, because our current system of "trust" on the internet is "I paid tons of money for this security certificate, so I CAN'T be a bad guy!"

Legacy had active pvp pretty much throughout all of the worlds and had a bigger player count...
